Find out what is holding you back in your Golf Swing!
“SWISSFIT GOLF teaches you to be aware of how you do an exercise. That means knowing which muscles to active and with how much effort.
That’s why we integrate the Feldenkrais Method to teach body and muscle awareness that will help you play the best golf ever."
Daniela Schellenberg
1. Evaluate Your Physical Condition
The SWISSFIT GOLF evaluation identifies your physical limitations. Without this benchmark, progress falls short.
We explain how posture, muscle imbalances, and joint restrictions can cause swing faults that affect your golf performance.
Find out your physical condition in this 1 hour session. Call us at 858.715.0255
2. Golf Training Exercises
Golf exercise programs are tailored for your needs. If physical problems are interfering with your progress, manual techniques and movement lessons such as Feldenkrais lessons are included in your program.
Improve your posture and condition the proper way, so you get the maximum benefit in your training and improve your golf game.
We offer discounted prices on all our packages. All sessions are 50 Min. long.
3. Re-Check & Modification
After 4-8 weeks, you will be re-checked. The results will be compared to the original evaluation to determine what changes are necessary to fine tune the training plan.
Monitoring and modifications are critical as your body adapts to the program.
Dont' stand still in your progress, continue to improve by regular Re-Checks!
Mike Wilson,
Head PGA Golf Instructor
at The Palms, La Quinta
"A lot of different systems of training can be confusing to golfers. What SWISSFIT GOLF teaches can help golf instructors communicate better with their students because it gives the golfers a better feel for club position, posture, and setup."
David Liskin, Bighorn Golf Club
"Daniela was able to transform my life with the Feldenkrais Method and other innovative techniques she has pioneered. I was skeptical at first being a man used to weight training. But things have changed since I was a competitive athlete. Now my golf scores are lower."
